Special Education Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students in the Boerne, Texas area. This is a contract opportunity working within a school setting, supporting students with diverse learning needs and ensuring compliance with individualized education programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction to students receiving special education services
- Develop, implement, and manage IEPs in collaboration with school staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Participate in ARD meetings and communicate effectively with parents and administrators
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Active Texas Special Education certification
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and compliance
- Ability to manage caseloads and adapt to student needs
